Job Title: Client Relations Intern

Job Type: On-site Internship

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Duration: 3 months with an opportunity for conversion to a full-time role based on performance

Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Relations Intern to support client onboarding, implementation, relationship management and overall customer success. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced fintech setting. You will work closely with the Client Relations, Sales, Product, Operations, Technology and Banking teams to ensure seamless onboarding, successful implementation and long-term client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and strengthening client relationships through regular communication, timely follow-ups and proactive engagement to ensure a seamless client experience.

Support end-to-end client onboarding, including account setup, implementation coordination, product demonstrations,



user training, activation and post-go-live support.

Coordinate with banks, clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate API integrations, banking connectivity, documentation and compliance requirements.

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by addressing product-related queries, providing guidance and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Collect, analyze and document client feedback to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to product and service enhancements.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Technology and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding, implementation and ongoing account management.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, onboarding progress, implementation status, support tickets and account activities using internal systems and CRM tools.
