Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries for domestic and international tour packages.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages.
- Convert leads into bookings through calls and WhatsApp.
- Prepare quotations and itineraries.
- Follow up with customers and provide excellent service.
Requirements
- Freshers to 5 years of experience in travel sales (preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Confident in sales and customer handling.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office/Google Sheets).
