Role Description
The General Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Visakhapatnam. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and workflow coordination to ensure timely delivery of refractory solutions. This role will manage cross-functional teams, set performance goals, and monitor key business metrics related to sales, costs, and quality. The General Manager will work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, budgeting,



and business development, while maintaining solid relationships with customers and suppliers. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, mentoring team members, and driving continuous process improvements.
