Job Overview
The Administrative Executive will be an integral member of the Gradiant Group Legal, Compliance and Commercial Team (“Group Legal Team”). The role will be primarily responsible for managing the administrative aspects of external vendor invoice processing, including coordination with vendors,



Finance/Accounts Payable teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

In addition, the candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Group Legal Team in India, including maintaining legal trackers and repositories, supporting corporate secretarial activities, assisting with documentation and records management, and managing routine team administrative tasks.

This role will be based in Chennai, India, and the candidate will directly report to and work with the Head – Legal, India and the Group Corporate Secretary. The candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
