About the Role :

We are expanding our Commercial Vertical at DrinkPrime and are looking for dynamic B2B Account Managers to join our growing team. This role focuses on end-to-end client relationship management for our subscription-based water purifier solutions. As we continue to scale this vertical, the role offers strong ownership, cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to build long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B accounts, ensuring exceptional customer experience
- Account Retention: Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure high retention rates
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase subscription volumes
- Query Resolution: Provide timely support and resolution for client queries and concerns
- Payment Management: Monitor and ensure timely month-on-month subscription payments from clients
- Referral Generation: Actively seek and secure referrals from satisfied clients to drive new business




- Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations

Required Qualifications
- Education: Post Graduate degree preferred; Graduate degree acceptable
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience; high-potential freshers are encouraged to apply
- Preferred Background: Startup experience is a plus
