Mednevo is an early-stage AI healthcare startup revolutionizing *primary healthcare* in India. We combine *cutting-edge AI technology* with a genuine patient-first approach to deliver accessible, personalized, and high-quality care. Our platform integrates *on-demand virtual consultations, in-home doctor visits, proactive wellness monitoring, and AI-powered tools for interactive consultations, patient education, and personalized health insights.

We are particularly focused on making quality care — including pediatric care — more efficient, affordable, and scalable across urban and semi-urban India. As a small, high-impact team (2-10 people), we move fast and solve real problems: reducing wait times, supporting clinical decisions with AI, improving outcomes for families and children, and building the future of intelligent healthcare delivery.

The Opportunity We are looking for a passionate Medical Doctor to join as a Co-Founder. This is not a traditional clinical job — it is a founding leadership role where you will shape the clinical vision,



build the product alongside AI engineers, and help scale a mission-driven healthcare ecosystem. You will bring real-world medical expertise (especially in pediatrics) to ensure our AI tools are clinically accurate, safe, empathetic, and truly practical for Indian families and doctors.

Key Responsibilities ⁠ ⁠

Clinical Leadership & Product Vision: Co-define the medical strategy and clinical pathways, with special focus on pediatric care, primary health, preventive wellness, and common childhood conditions. ⁠ ⁠AI + Medicine Integration: Work closely with AI engineers to train, validate, and refine AI models for symptom assessment, triage, personalized advice, and decision support. Provide clinical oversight to ensure safety and accuracy. ⁠ ⁠
