We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Safety Officer to ensure a secure and compliant working environment at our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation and compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor safe handling of men, machines, and materials across the plant.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of hydrant systems, fire pumps, fire extinguishers, and other fire protection equipment.
- Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, and employee safety awareness programs.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE and promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.




- Coordinate emergency response activities and conduct mock drills periodically.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Safety Officer in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or renewable energy environment.
- Good knowledge of industrial safety practices, fire safety systems, and occupational health & safety.
- Hands-on knowledge of hydrant pipelines, fire pumps, fire extinguishers, and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to effectively manage manpower, machinery, and materials while ensuring workplace safety.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in Industrial Safety, Fire & Safety, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
