- Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems using hardware networking skills.
- Perform operating system installations (OS) on Windows platforms.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
