* Deliver best-in-class customer service through strong customer support and collaboration processes.

* Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure cost-effective service delivery.

* Drive customer satisfaction by meeting expectations and resolving service issues promptly.

* Prioritize customer orders and adjust schedules to meet urgent requirements.

* Plan and schedule production to meet customer demands and optimize service fulfillment.

* Oversee and validate cost estimation processes within the Customer Service function.
