Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure smooth operation of the mall, including managing footfall, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues and improve overall mall performance.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security within the mall premises.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in retail or hospitality industry (preferably).
- Robust knowledge of mall management principles and practices.
- Excellent guest relations skills with ability to handle complaints effectively.
- Basic understanding of business administration concepts such as MBA Operations.
