Role Summary

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Executive with a strong understanding of performance marketing and local search dynamics to lead our organic growth in the real estate sector. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our property listings, project landing pages, and content strategies to rank high on search engines, drive high-intent organic traffic, and generate qualified leads.

You will work closely with our web developers, content creators, and sales team to turn organic search visibility into site visits and site visits into real estate buyers.

Key Responsibilities1. Real Estate & Local SEO Optimization
- Hyper-Local Keywords: Perform in-depth keyword research around high-converting, location-specific real estate queries (e.g., *"3 BHK luxury apartments in [Location]"*, *"commercial property near [Landmark]"*).
- Google Business Profile (GBP):



Manage and optimize company and project-level GMB profiles to drive local map pack visibility and direct phone calls/walk-ins.
- Micro-Market Landing Pages: Optimize property listing pages, neighborhood guides, and project launch pages for localized search intent.

2. On-Page & Technical SEO
- Execute technical audits to ensure fast page load speeds, seamless mobile responsiveness, and clean crawlability across thousands of property listings.
- Implement Real Estate Structured Data (Schema markup for RealEstateAgent, SingleFamilyResidence, Offer, PostalAddress, etc.).
- Write compelling meta titles, meta descriptions, and header tags tailored to high click-through rates (CTR).

3. Content Strategy & Lead Generation
- Collaborate with copywriters to plan content around home-buying guides, legal/RERA processes, market trends, and property investment tips.
- Ensure in office content guides potential buyers seamlessly toward contact forms, WhatsApp inquiries, and brochure
