Role Description
The Production Planning Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in West Bengal, India. This position is responsible for developing and managing production plans and schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing capacity and resources. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with procurement, manufacturing, and dispatch teams, monitoring inventory levels, and adjusting production timelines to address changes in orders and material availability. The role involves analyzing production performance data,



identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. The Production Planning Manager will also prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to company standards, safety requirements, and quality targets.
