About Sutra Interio

Sutra Interio is a premium interior design and turnkey execution company delivering elegant, functional, and high-quality residential and commercial interiors. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a proactive Sales Executive who can convert qualified leads into successful projects.

Note: This is not a cold-calling or lead-generation role. Qualified leads will be provided by our digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Understand client requirements through phone calls and virtual discussions.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients until closure.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and the design team.
- Build strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.




- Work closely with designers and management to prepare clients for project discussions.
- Guide clients from the initial inquiry through quotation discussions and contract signing.
- Maintain accurate records of lead status, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly targets for site visits, conversions, and signed contracts.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in:
- Interior Design
- Modular Furniture
- Home Renovation
- Real Estate
- Architecture
- Construction or related industries
- Candidates with prior experience in the interior design industry will be given preference.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali (spoken and written).
- Strong follow-up and client management abilities.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Work
