? Immediate Hiring | Retail Expansion & Operations Executive/ Manager

Right Gold Private Limited is hiring a Retail Expansion & Operations Executive to support our retail growth and new store expansion.

? Location: Nirman Vihar, Delhi

?️ Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

* Identify suitable retail locations for new store expansion.

* Handle commercial leasing activities and coordinate with landlords, brokers, and property consultants.

* Manage lease documentation and follow up on approvals.

* Coordinate with Architects, Interior Designers, Fit-Out Teams, Contractors, and Operations for timely store execution.

* Track project timelines and ensure smooth store launches.

* Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for seamless project execution.

* Conduct site visits and monitor progress until project completion.

Requirements





* 2–6 years of experience in Retail Expansion, Store Development, Leasing, Projects, or Operations.

* Experience in Jewellery, Retail, Fashion, QSR, FMCG, or Retail Chain Expansion will be preferred.

* Solid coordination, negotiation, and project management skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project documentation.

* Willingness to travel for site visits when required.
