About The Role
The Partner Development Executive (PDE) – Salesforce (Financial Services focus) at Capgemini plays a pivotal role in supporting joint go‑to‑market initiatives with Salesforce within the Financial Services sector. This position is primarily execution-oriented, emphasizing operational rigor, collaboration, and follow-through. The PDE will assist in pipeline development, partner coordination,



and field enablement activities under the guidance of senior alliance and account leaders. Qualifications
- 6 to 12 years of experience in consulting, alliances, sales support, or partner management roles, preferably within the Financial Services industry.

- Experience supporting pipeline development, account planning, or go-to-market strategies with partners.
- Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills, particularly within a global matrix environment
