About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Consultant
to support a large financial services client. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in
SFMC Journey Builder, Automation Studio, SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, Contact Builder, and data-driven marketing automation solutions
.

This role requires a technically strong SFMC skilled who can design, troubleshoot, and optimize complex customer journeys while collaborating with Marketing, IT, Data, Analytics,



and Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced marketing automation solutions using:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Journey Builder
- Automation Studio
- Email Studio
- Contact Builder
- Develop and optimize customer journeys including:
- Triggered campaigns
- Multi-channel communications
- Audience segmentation
- Personalization strategies
- Write, review, and troubleshoot:
- SQL queries
- AMPscript
- Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)
- Manage SFMC data architecture including:
- Data Extensions
- Contact Data
- Journey Data
- Audience segmentation
- Data imports and automations
- Troubleshoot Cloud Pages using SSJS and AMPscript.
- Support campaign QA, testing, deployment readiness, and production troubleshooting.
- Assist with IP warming, deliverability optimization, sender reputation, and launch readiness.
- Translate business requirements into scala
