At Porcellia, we work with luxury, high-AOV D2C brands and lifestyle disruptors. We’re looking for an Email & Retention Specialist who can transform lifecycles into stories, segments into superfans, and campaigns into consistent revenue streams.

If Hermione could conjure lifecycle spells and Spider-Man could build Klaviyo webs—that’s you.

What You’ll Actually Do:
- Build and manage
Email & WhatsApp campaigns
that boost retention, repeat purchases, and engagement
- Set up and optimize
lifecycle flows
: welcome, win-back, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging to maximize
CLV and retention KPIs
- Work hands-on with
Klaviyo, Omnisend, BIK
, and WhatsApp tools to bring strategies alive




- Monitor opens, CTR, revenue, and deliverability—and turn insights into action
- Collaborate with design, content, and growth teams to keep campaigns
on-brand and on-point
- Stay ahead of retention trends, deliverability tactics, and lifecycle best practices

What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years
of hands-on experience in email & retention marketing (agency or brand side)
- Solid working knowledge of Klaviyo, Omnisend, BIK, or similar platforms
- Deep understanding of
lifecycle marketing
and how to structure for growth
- Experience setting up & running campaigns end-to-end—planning → execution → reporting
- An analytical mindset—you actually enjoy
digging into numbers
- Bonus: knowledge of DNS setups, deliverability, and postmaster tools
- Self-starter energy: you can juggle multiple projects remotely without dropping the ball
