Role Description
The Sales Executive role at ONEUP PLUS™ is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers, presenting product and service offerings, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. Daily activities include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in sales systems or CRM tools. The role also involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships,



coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, and achieving individual and team sales targets. The Sales Executive is expected to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic sales planning.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with confidence in interacting with diverse clients
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and manage multiple accounts effectively
- Comfort with using CRM or sales tracking tools, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to prepare professional proposals
- Results-driven mindset with solid time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on-site in Ahmedabad while collaborating effectively with cross
