Role Description
Financial and Procurement Management:

(i) Support the State in preparing annual financial plans, budget monitoring, and expenditure tracking.

(ii) Coordinate and support external audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and timely follow-up on audit observations.

(iii) Assist the State in developing procurement policies, preparing RFP documents,



and implementing procurement planning systems in accordance with financial management guidelines.

Required Qualification
