We are looking for a passionate and creative Community Manager to build and nurture an engaged community of chefs, food professionals, retailers, home bakers, food enthusiasts, and brand partners while strengthening Chenab's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, grow, and manage Chenab's online community across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp Communities, and other digital platforms.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, reviews, and customer queries in a timely and skilled manner.
- Foster meaningful conversations with chefs, restaurateurs, retailers, distributors,



food influencers, and gourmet food enthusiasts.
- Develop and execute community engagement initiatives including polls, contests, challenges, Q&A; sessions, giveaways, and campaigns.
- Create monthly community engagement calendars aligned with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, Brand Management, and Customer Service teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Identify and collaborate with chefs, food creators, influencers, culinary institutes, and hospitality professionals for partnerships and campaigns.
- Encourage user-generated content (UGC) and customer testimonials to increase brand credibility and engagement.
- Monitor online brand sentiment and proactively manage customer feedback and reputation.
- Analyze engagement metrics, audience growth, community insights, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
