Role Description
The NIFT/NID/UCEED Design Coaching Faculty role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The faculty will conduct classroom sessions for design entrance exam preparation, covering topics such as design fundamentals, drawing and sketching, creative thinking, aptitude, and portfolio guidance. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering interactive lectures, developing lesson plans, creating and reviewing assignments,



and conducting mock tests and evaluations. The role also involves mentoring students individually, providing feedback on their creative work, and helping them improve exam strategies and time management. The faculty will collaborate with the academic team to update study material, contribute to teaching methodologies, and participate in workshops or special sessions.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in design principles, drawing, sketching, and creative visualization, preferably with exposure to NIFT/NID/UCEED or similar entrance exam formats.
- Ability to develop structured lesson plans, practice sheets, and mock tests tailored to design and architecture entrance examinations.
- Proficiency in classroom teaching, student mentoring, and providing constructive feedback on creative and analytical work.
- Good communication skills in English, clear presentation abilities, and a collabor
