Role Description
The Gemology Faculty will work full time in office at Safa Group Of Companies in Kerala, India. This role involves delivering classroom and practical instruction in gemology, including gemstone identification, grading, and valuation. The faculty member will prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with institutional standards and industry practices. Day-to-day tasks include mentoring learners, conducting lab sessions with gemological instruments,



evaluating student performance, and maintaining accurate academic records. The role also includes staying updated on developments in gemology, participating in curriculum development, and collaborating with colleagues to support academic and institutional initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of gemology, including gemstone classification, identification techniques, and grading standards.
- Experience in classroom teaching or training, with the ability to design clear lesson plans and deliver engaging instruction.
- Proficiency in using gemological tools and equipment (e.g., microscopes, refractometers, spectroscopes) in a lab setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner.
