- Maintain accurate books of accounts (Sales, Purchases, Bank Reconciliation)
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable and ensure timely payments & collections
- Handle GST, TDS, and all statutory compliances (monthly/quarterly filings)
- Prepare financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Track inventory & costing for manufacturing operations
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting
- Process payroll and statutory contributions (PF/ESI)
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits
- Generate MIS reports for management insights
- Ensure strong internal financial controls and compliance

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or B2B sector
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / SAP / QuickBooks
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
- Solid analytical & communication skills
