Role Overview:

We are seeking a
City Operations Lead
to lead city operations, drive service excellence, and build scalable processes that enable sustainable growth. This role requires a highly execution-focused professional who can manage cross-functional stakeholders, solve operational challenges, and continuously improve customer and partner experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own and manage end-to-end city operations across multiple service categories.
2. Onboard, manage, and enable service professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
3. Drive service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction through continuous monitoring and process improvements.
4. Coordinate with Customer Support to resolve operational escalations effectively and in a timely manner.




5. Monitor operational KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement data-driven improvements.
6. Take ownership of city-level operational performance, ensuring service reliability and operational excellence.
7. Collaborate closely with leadership to launch new service categories, optimize operations, and support city expansion initiatives.
8. Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Support, and other internal teams to improve operational outcomes and customer experience.
9. Build, implement, and continuously improve scalable operational processes that support business growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 2–6 years of experience in Operations, Marketplace Operations, Category Management, Supply Operations, or a related field.
2. Robust problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
