Job Summary: Identify government tender opportunities, track awarded projects, connect with EPC companies, and convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships. Responsibilities: Monitor GeM, CPPP, and state portals, identify tenders for HDPE pipes, connect with winning EPC teams, present LG's capabilities, submit quotations, negotiate terms, secure supply orders, and maintain client relationships. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (BBA or related),5+ years of tender or EPC sales experience, knowledge of GeM, CPPP, state portals, good communication and negotiation skills, English and Hindi fluency. Preferred: experience in HDPE pipes or water infrastructure projects. KPIs: tenders tracked, meetings held, quotations submitted, supply orders secured.
