Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with all ongoing project sites on a daily basis to collect work progress updates.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) for all projects.
- Track project milestones, timelines, and completion status.
- Escalate delays, bottlenecks, and critical issues to the Project Manager.
- Ensure project schedules are followed and update management on deviations.

Work Allocation & Site Coordination
- Allocate daily work to site supervisors based on project priorities.
- Coordinate manpower deployment across multiple sites.
- Follow up with supervisors to ensure daily targets are achieved.
- Monitor productivity and report daily accomplishments.
- Coordinate between office and site teams for smooth execution.

Project Monitoring
- Track project-wise pending activities and closures.
- Maintain project trackers, task sheets, and progress dashboards.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with procurement for timely availability.
- Ensure drawings, BOQs, and work instructions are shared with site teams.





Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with:
- Project Managers
- Interior Designers
- Site Engineers
- Procurement Team
- Stores
- Accounts
- Vendors & Contractors
- Ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders.

Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Maintain project documentation including:
- Work orders
- Material requests
- Site progress reports
- Delay reports
- MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
- Site photographs
- Maintain project records and ensure document accuracy.

Vendor & Material Coordination
- Follow up with vendors for timely material deliveries.
- Coordinate with stores regarding material dispatch and receipt.
- Monitor pending purchase requests and delivery schedules.

Quality & Compliance
- Ensure site teams follow approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Project Managers regarding quality observations.
