Role Description
This full-time, on-site stock audit role is based at the Pothys Retail Private Limited location in Tiruchirappalli. The stock auditor will be responsible for verifying physical stock against system records,



identifying variances, and ensuring accurate inventory reporting across departments and product categories. Daily tasks include conducting stock counts, reviewing documentation, checking stock movements, and coordinating with store operations and finance teams to resolve discrepancies. The role involves monitoring adherence to internal controls, supporting periodic and surprise audits, and preparing clear reports with findings and recommendations. The stock auditor will also help improve inventory processes, support compliance with company policies, and contribute to maintaining world-class retail standards.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to review data, identify discrepancies, and interpret inventory trends.
