- Manage breakdown maintenance activities in the press shop to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures and extend asset lifespan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and develop corrective actions plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 12-15 years of experience in automobile manufacturing or related field.
- Robust knowledge of breakdown maintenance, corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, robotic welding, and press shop operations.
- Proven track record of improving productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing overall plant performance.
