The Contracts Person will oversee all contractual matters for the Elevated Metro Rail Project, ensuring sound contract management, compliance, and risk mitigation. This role supports procurement activities, manages contractor relationships, and safeguards the projects commercial interests.
- Draft, review, and manage contract documents, including FIDIC and EPC contracts.
- Support bid evaluation, vendor selection, and procurement strategies.
- Ensure contracts align with project scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Monitor contract performance, variations, claims, and resolve disputes promptly.
- Collaborate with legal, technical, and commercial teams to maintain contract compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and change orders.
- Ensure adherence to government regulations, environmental standards, and HSE policies.




- Provide regular contract status reports and risk updates to project management.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5- 10 years of contract management experience in infrastructure or Elevated Metro rail project / Metro station Building
- Solid understanding of contract law, FIDIC contracts, and procurement processes.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in remote locations and under project pressures.

Preferred:
- Certification in Contract Management (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
