Lead Analyst - Credit Portfolio Management - Covenant Monitoring 5+ Years - Pune/ Gurgaon

Looking for an experienced Credit Portfolio Management professional with expertise in loan portfolio management, covenant monitoring, credit risk, and portfolio optimisation.

Location: Pune / Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end corporate loan portfolios, including annual reviews, covenant monitoring, waivers, amendments, and credit surveillance.
2. Analyse corporate financial statements, loan structures, credit agreements, and portfolio performance to assess borrower risk.
3. Monitor portfolio health, identify early warning signals, and recommend portfolio optimisation and remediation strategies.
4. Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Credit,



Legal, and other stakeholders to support portfolio management activities.
5. Drive portfolio transitions, balance sheet optimisation, and continuous process improvements while ensuring high-quality delivery.

Requirements:

1. Graduate with MBA (Finance) and/or professional qualification such as CFA preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in Corporate Banking, Credit Risk, Loan Portfolio Management, or Commercial Lending.
3. Strong knowledge of corporate financial analysis, loan documentation, covenant monitoring, credit agreements, and annual reviews.
4. Experience managing loan portfolios, credit monitoring, portfolio surveillance, and portfolio optimisation.
5. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with exposure to global banking environments.
