Role Description
The Human Resources Intern role at Knya is an on-site internship based in Mumbai. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records. Responsibilities include helping implement HR policies, supporting onboarding processes, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.



The intern will also assist with coordinating employee benefits-related documentation and providing general HR administrative support. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR practices in a growing, mission-driven organization.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Management and HR Policies.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding of Employee Benefits and related processes.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency with common office software and willingness to learn HR tools and systems.
