? About the Role

As a Lead – Portfolio Leasing, you will manage the complete leasing cycle—from understanding customer requirements and presenting suitable properties to conducting property visits, negotiating commercial terms, and closing high-value lease transactions.

? Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete leasing cycle from enquiry to closure.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Conduct professional property visits and presentations.

Build relationships with prospective tenants, corporate clients, and brokers.

Negotiate rentals, deposits, lease tenure, and other commercial terms.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.

Analyse customer preferences and market demand.

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation,



onboarding, and handover.

Drive portfolio occupancy, leasing revenue, and conversion targets.

? Who We’re Looking For

Experience in consultative sales, business development, relationship management, or residential leasing.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to manage premium customers and close high-value transactions.

Strong commercial understanding and follow-up discipline.

Polished, confident, and customer-focused professional presence.

Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
