Ideal profile:

0] You don't need hand-holding. You anticipate problems/hurdles and find work arounds.

1] You can multi-task, stay organized (mentally), and operate like clockwork (diligent with getting things done).

2] You don't rush to "solve" things. You’re comfortable sitting with a problem long enough to actually understand it. Then you make it simple.

3] You're ALWAYS curious - about Engineering,



Finance, Geopolitics or whatever floats your boat.

4] You write exceptionally well. Clearly, concisely, with structure. This matters a LOT.

5] You're tech-savvy, yet old-school reliable.

The work:

You'll be in the bee-hive when decisions are made. You'll work across research, communications, and critical ops. The work is quick-moving and (mostly) ambiguous. That's by design.

PS: This is not a structured role with a defined task list. It's a step-up opportunity for someone who wants to learn faster than their peers and is willing to do real work with real stakes to get there.
