- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Llama into business workflows.
- Build AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and automated customer support systems.
- Develop recommendation engines, predictive analytics, and intelligent search capabilities.
- Create AI-driven features for delivery operations, customer engagement, merchant management, and internal HR processes.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and microservices for AI applications.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to train, evaluate, and optimize AI models.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases,



and prompt engineering techniques.
- Monitor AI model performance and continuously improve accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers to integrate AI features into existing products.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
