Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and agile Senior Physiotherapist with 4 to 5 years of clinical experience to lead our physiotherapy and sports recovery division. In this role, you will work closely with a diverse clientele—ranging from athletes and fitness enthusiasts to clients seeking recovery, posture correction, or pain management. You will combine advanced physiotherapy modalities with recovery lab technology to deliver exceptional care and performance outcomes.





Key Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment & Care: Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal and functional assessments to diagnose conditions and identify client goals.
- Custom Treatment Planning: Design and implement evidence-based treatment and recovery plans using manual therapy, dry needling, therapeutic exercise, and specialized rehabilitation techniques.
- Sports Recovery Management: Utilize recovery lab technologies (e.g., cryotherapy, compression therapy, contrast therapy, electrical stimulation, percussive therapy) to optimize athlete performance, speed up recovery, and prevent injury.
- Client Education: Educate clients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior staff, interns, or recovery lab technicians, maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
