Business Development Specialist:

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive who understands that growing our referral network is not just business development — it is how more families reach comprehensive cancer care when it matters most.

At Bhagwan Mahaveer Cancer Hospital & Research Centre (BMCHRC), the Sales function builds the bridges between referring doctors, nursing homes, and diagnostic centres and our oncology teams. As we expand our outreach across Jaipur and outstation territories, we are seeking a Sales Executive to develop referral relationships, drive patient volumes, and represent BMCHRC in the medical community.

Experience: 1–4 years in sales, business development, or medical/pharma field marketing

Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory); MBA / BBA in Marketing or Life Sciences

The Mission of This Role:

As Sales Executive,



you will drive referral revenue and new-patient volumes within your assigned territory by building strong, trust-based relationships with local and outstation doctors, nursing homes, clinics, and diagnostic centres —making them aware of BMCHRC’s comprehensive cancer-care facilities and ensuring patients are referred for timely,evidence-based treatment.

You will be the face of BMCHRC in the medical community — conducting outreach, organising community and CME programs, and leveraging hospital databases to maximise referrals while upholding the institution’s ethical and patient-centric values.

What Success Looks Like:

In this role, you will be accountable for:

✓ Achievement of territory referral-revenue and new-patient-volume targets.

✓ A growing, active base of referring doctors, nursing homes, and diagnostic centres.

✓ Consistent field engagement, doctor visits, and relationship continuity.
