Role Description The Behavioral Therapist will provide evidence-based therapeutic services to clients, with a particular focus on children and families, in an on-site setting in Hyderabad. This full-time role involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans,



and implementing interventions grounded in behavior analysis and psychological principles. The therapist will facilitate one-on-one and small group sessions, track progress, and adjust strategies based on ongoing evaluation and client needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, participating in case discussions, and educating caregivers on effective behavioral techniques. The role also involves promoting holistic wellbeing in line with Cittaa’s philosophy, while maintaining ethical and professional standards of care.

Qualifications
