Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage daily computer operations, perform data entry, maintain records, and ensure accurate processing of information. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records.
- Operate computer systems and business software for daily tasks.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents using Microsoft Office.
- Monitor and update databases with accurate information.
- Verify and maintain the accuracy of data and records.
- Handle printing, scanning, and document management.
- Troubleshoot basic computer and printer issues and report technical problems when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data and documents.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.





Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar role (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or data management software is an advantage.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge for computers and printers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
