We're looking for an experienced industry qualified to join our founding team and play a key role in building and scaling the business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B and B2C sales, business development, and revenue growth.
- Build and manage relationships with key accounts, modern trade partners, distributors, and retailers.
- Lead online sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, FirstCry, and other marketplace & quick-commerce platforms.
- Identify and develop private-label business opportunities.
- Plan and execute new product launches, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and brand positioning.




- Collaborate with product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations to successfully bring products to market.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth channels to scale the business.

Desired Profile

We are looking for someone who has:
- 5–8+ years
of experience in
Personal Care, Beauty, FMCG, Pet Care, Consumer Products, or D2C brands
.
- A proven track record in business development, sales, and market expansion.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, FirstCry, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of brand building, marketing, consumer behaviour, and category management.
- Experience in private-label businesses and contract manufacturing.
- Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
