We’re Hiring: Sourcing Manager – Commercial Real Estate

Vanguard Ventures is looking for experienced Commercial Real Estate Sourcing Managers with a strong Channel Partner network across Central and Western Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with Channel Partners and commercial property consultants

• Generate qualified leads for office spaces, retail units and other commercial properties

• Drive site visits and project presentations

• Conduct CP meetings and regular market visits

• Promote commercial mandate projects across assigned territories

• Coordinate with the closing team to support conversions

• Achieve monthly lead, walk-in and sourcing targets

Eligibility:

• Mandatory experience in commercial real estate sourcing

• Experience with Category-A developers or established mandate firms is preferred





• Strong Channel Partner network across Central or Western Mumbai

• Understanding of commercial property requirements and investment-focused buyers

• Fluency in Hindi and Marathi, with working knowledge of English

• Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills

• Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel

• Thane, Mulund or Malad-based candidates will be preferred

Significant:

Strictly no freshers, candidates from Banking or EdTech, independent agents, brokers, candidates with only residential real estate experience, or applicants from non-real-estate backgrounds.
