Founding Software Engineer | Founding Team

Yagnexor is building operational infrastructure platforms for healthcare, education, and enterprise institutions. We're looking for a Founding Software Engineer who wants to build production-grade software from the ground up and work directly with the founder.

This is a high-ownership role. You'll help refine our product architecture, improve operational workflows based on real customer feedback, and build scalable systems that solve institutional challenges.

What you'll do:

• Design and build enterprise-grade backend services and APIs.

• Understand product architecture and break it into scalable modules.

• Collaborate with the founder to translate operational workflows into software.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code or similar) to improve engineering productivity while maintaining high code quality.

• Design deployment strategies on cost-effective cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, or similar)



with a focus on optimizing cost during the early stages.

• Contribute to technical decisions, system architecture, scalability, security, and long-term platform reliability.

• Has strong system design and backend engineering skills.

• Can independently understand business workflows and convert them into reliable software.

• Is humble, responsible, collaborative, and committed to building for the long term.

• Wants to create technology that serves healthcare, education, and enterprise institutions at scale.

? Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

During the initial product-building phase, we prefer someone who can collaborate regularly from the founder's workspace in Hyderabad to accelerate product development and decision-making.
