Role & responsibilities

1. Channel Management & Network Expansion
- Appoint, develop, and manage a robust network of dealers, sub-dealers, and retail outlets to ensure maximum market penetration for Ashtech Gold Cement.
- Monitor dealer performance, track credit cycles, ensure timely collection of outstanding payments, and manage inventory stock levels across the channel.
- Resolve channel conflicts promptly and ensure high levels of dealer satisfaction and engagement.

2. Sales Volume & Market Share Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets for the retail segment within the assigned territory.
- Identify untapped micro-markets and map local demand patterns to capture incremental market share from competitors.
- Regularly visit retail counters to secure prominent product positioning and drive secondary sales velocity.

3. Trade Marketing & Brand Visibility
- Execute localized marketing campaigns, including shop-front branding, dealer board installations, and point-of-sale (POS) material distribution.




- Organize and execute ground-level BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities, such as canopy activations, dealer meets, and local festival promotions to boost brand recall.
- Coordinate with the central marketing team to deploy regional advertising collaterals effectively.

4. Influencer Outreach & Relationship Building
- Conduct localized counter-meets and regular engagement programs for influential micro-buyers, including local contractors, masons, and individual home builders (IHBs).
- Work closely with the Technical Sales Engineers to promote product advantages during mason training workshops.

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track and report competitor activities, including pricing strategies, trade schemes, discount structures, and supply-chain movements.
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and market feedback to the regional sales management team.
