Role Description
The Relationship Officer – Business Loan & Professional Loan is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role involves sourcing and acquiring new customers for business and professional loan products through direct outreach, referrals, and partnerships. The Relationship Officer will assess customer needs, explain loan features and eligibility,



collect and verify documentation, and coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely processing.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management skills to build, nurture, and grow long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for explicit discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess effective Sales skills to identify opportunities, pitch loan offerings, and achieve assigned targets.
- Relevant experience in retail lending, business loans, or professional loans in financial services is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage field visits when required, and handle multiple customer accounts efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field is desirable; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
