- Handle statutory approvals and liaisoning with government authorities.
- Coordinate with PMC/PCMC, PMRDA, Fire, Airport, and other departments.
- Ensure timely approvals, NOCs, CC, and OC.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with DCR, RERA, and building regulations.
Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of liaisoning experience in the real estate industry.
- Valuable knowledge of statutory approval processes and local authorities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
