Position: Project Manager / Project Coordinator & Administrator Israel Initiatives
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
Department: International Business / Israel Operations
Reporting To: CEO / Senior Vice President International Business

Job Purpose
The Project Manager / Project Coordinator & Administrator will be responsible for the end-
to-end planning, coordination, administration, execution, and monitoring of all BVG India
Israel initiatives. This includes technology collaborations, joint ventures, research projects,
business delegations, pilot projects, laboratory setup, recruitment, procurement,
documentation, regulatory coordination, logistics, and stakeholder management.
The role will act as the single point of coordination between BVG India, Israeli partners,
government agencies, consultants, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely and
successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and action trackers.




Coordinate project implementation from initiation to completion.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
2. Coordination
Serve as the primary coordinator between Israeli partners and BVG India.
Schedule and organize meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
Prepare agendas, Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), and follow up on action items.
Coordinate with internal teams including HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal,
Operations, and Technical.

3. Administration
Maintain project documentation and records.
Manage correspondence, contracts, approvals, and official communications.
Ensure proper filing and document control.
Track project deliverables and compliance requirements.
4. International Collaboration
Coordinate visits of Israeli delegates to India and BVG teams visiting Israel.
Arrange travel, accommodation, visas, logistics, and meeting schedules.
