to manage the social media presence of senior political leadership. This is a
highly field-oriented role
that requires accompanying political leaders during meetings, public events, constituency visits, conferences, campaigns, project inaugurations, and official engagements to capture and publish real-time digital content.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in dynamic political environments, travelling extensively, managing tight timelines, and creating high-quality content on the move. The role requires flexibility, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to work during early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays whenever required.

Key Responsibilities
- Accompany political leadership during official meetings, constituency visits, public rallies, media interactions, conferences, and government events.
- Capture professional photographs, videos, interviews, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.




- Provide live coverage through Instagram Stories, Facebook updates, X (Twitter), Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Create and publish real-time content while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Develop platform-specific content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Write captions, speeches snippets, campaign messages, event summaries, and short video scripts in Hindi and English.
- Edit reels, campaign videos, event highlights, and leadership clips using mobile and desktop editing software.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar covering political campaigns, constituency activities, government initiatives, public outreach, and significant occasions.
- Coordinate with the political office to understand daily schedules and communication priorities.
