We are looking for a dynamic, client-focused, and growth-oriented professional to join our Interior Division as a Business Partner. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who can build strong client relationships, drive business development, and oversee interior projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing clients.
- Identify and convert business opportunities into successful interior projects.
- Understand client requirements and prepare proposals and project presentations.
- Lead the execution of ongoing interior projects by coordinating with designers, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, resolve client concerns, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Contribute to the strategic growth and expansion of the Interior Division.

Preferred Qualifications




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
- Logical, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Experience or knowledge in interior design, construction, architecture, project management, or business development is preferred.
- Willingness to travel across cities for client meetings, project supervision, and business development activities.

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed salary of ₹35,000–₹50,000 per month, based on experience and capabilities.
