Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Test Lead to lead testing activities for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing ServiceNow applications, preparing test strategies, managing defect lifecycles, validating fixes, and ensuring high-quality releases. Candidates with an active ServiceNow Official Certification will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing for ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ServiceNow modules.
- Log, track, prioritize, and manage defects using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- Validate defect fixes and perform regression testing to ensure application stability.
- Collaborate with developers,



business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Review requirements and identify potential risks and testing gaps.
- Ensure testing deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
- Prepare test reports, defect metrics, and status updates for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on ServiceNow testing best practices.

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of QA/Test experience with 3+ years of ServiceNow testing experience.
- ServiceNow Official Certification (CSA or other relevant ServiceNow certifications) is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow modules such as:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- HRSD
- CSM
- Service Portal (preferred)
- Strong experience in:
- Test Planning & Execution
- Defect Logging & Tracking
- Defect Validation & Regression Testing
- Functional & Integration Testing
- UAT Support
- Experience using defect management
