Role & Responsibilities :

1. Client Relationship & Account Management
- Key Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate and government clients, ensuring 100% adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and high client satisfaction.
- Escalation & Resolution: Swiftly address and resolve client grievances, operational site issues, and service gaps to maintain smooth client relations.
- Contract Renewals & Growth: Oversee contract renewals, monthly billing approvals, service expansions, and pricing revisions for existing client accounts.

2. Training & Workforce Development
- Training Program Design: Develop and implement structured onboarding, site-specific operational protocols, and soft skills training programs for field manpower.
- Quality & SOP Adherence: Conduct regular site visits and quality audits to enforce strict grooming standards, behavioral guidelines, and operational SOPs.
- Safety & Compliance Training: Train staff on site safety, emergency response procedures, and specialized equipment handling as required by specific client sites.

Site Management & Field Operations
- Multi-Site Operations: Supervise and direct field managers and site supervisors to ensure smooth daily deployment, shift rosters, and field coordination.
- Zero Absenteeism & Backups: Maintain optimal headcount across all client locations by establishing swift replacement mechanisms for absenteeism or short-notice demands.
- Workforce Administration: Oversee site-level attendance tracking, field grievance redressal, and operational coordination between field staff and headquarters.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Work Experience: 5 to 10+ years of proven operational experience in Manpower Supply, Security Services, Staffing, or Facility Management, with robust expertise in Client Management and Site Supervision.
