A reputed hospital in Madanapalle is seeking a dedicated Duty Doctor (ICU) to provide high-quality medical care for critically ill patients. The ideal candidate will work closely with intensivists, specialists, and nursing staff to ensure timely assessment, treatment, and continuous monitoring of patients in the Intensive Care Unit.

Qualifications
- MBBS with valid State Medical Council registration
- Experience working in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is mandatory
- ACLS/BLS certification is preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge in emergency and critical care management

Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor patient progress, vital signs, and clinical status, initiating timely interventions when required.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and support life-saving procedures.
- Coordinate with intensivists,



consultants, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and clinical documentation.
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding treatment plans and patient progress.
- Adhere to hospital policies, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.
- Participate in clinical rounds, handovers, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
